Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data doesn't leave Colindar to train models, each community is isolated, and personal data is automatically redacted before reaching the model and before going to you.
When will it be available?
We're in early access. Today it's only open to the Zenifica team; we'll roll it out per community over the coming weeks. Sign up and we'll notify you.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Soon. Integration with the Meta official API (Cloud API v21.0) is in testing. When ready you'll be able to write, send audios, photos or PDFs, and confirm actions with buttons inside your usual chat.
Can it make mistakes?
Yes, like any AI. That's why, before executing actions that change something (open a door, escalate to admin, resend an email), it always asks for confirmation. And for booking or voting, it takes you to the official form.
Does it book courts or only check?
Checks availability, rules, costs and your current bookings. To create or cancel a booking, it sends you to the official form for you to confirm.
Does it speak multiple languages?
Spanish, English, Catalan and French. It replies in the language you write in.
