Do the prices include VAT?
No. The prices shown do not include VAT. VAT will be applied in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of purchase.
Who are these prices for?
These prices are valid for Homeowners Communities. If you are a private or public company, contact us at 644 149 342 to learn about the rates for Reservar Zona Comun.
What if my community is large?
The Complete Plan covers up to 700 properties. From 300 properties the higher tier applies (385 EUR/year). If your community exceeds 700 properties, contact us for a personalised quote.
Can I try the app before subscribing?
Yes. We offer a free demo so you can explore all the features of Colindar before making a decision. Access it from our website.
What does the Complete Plan initial setup include?
Our Technical Team takes care of setting up the application for your community: creating common areas, configuring calendars, schedules and booking rules according to your community's needs.
How do in-app payments work?
With the Premium payments solution, the app automatically charges residents when they make bookings. You simply review the daily income generated by your facilities. Forget about collecting payments and keeping track of money.
What do I need for automatic door opening?
The home automation solution costs EUR 460/year for each installed controller. Hardware components and installation are quoted separately. Contact us and we will advise you on the best solution for your community.
How is billing handled?
You can choose monthly billing (no lock-in) or annual billing. Monthly plans are billed each month and annual plans once a year. Home automation is always billed annually for each installed controller. The per-property prices shown in the calculator are indicative to help you compare.
