What does "All-Inclusive" include?
All-Inclusive bundles the home automation hardware, the software subscription, technical support, and hardware maintenance and replacement into a single fixed monthly fee for 24 months. No upfront payment: you start using Colindar from day one without paying anything in advance.
What majority is needed to approve it at the general meeting?
Only a simple majority. According to Article 17 of the Spanish Horizontal Property Act, it is enough for more than half of the attendees who represent the majority of participation quotas to vote in favor. In addition, absent owners who do not oppose within 30 calendar days are counted as favorable votes (Art. 17.8 LPH).
Can I try the application before subscribing?
Yes. We offer a free 15-day demo with no payment details required so you can see all of Colindar's features before making a decision.
Do prices include VAT?
No. The indicated prices do not include VAT. VAT will be applied in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of subscription.
Who are these prices for?
These prices are valid for Homeowner Communities. If you are a Private or Public Company, contact us at 644 149 342 to inquire about our rates.
What does hardware maintenance include?
The All-Inclusive fee covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacement of the home automation hardware if necessary. You will not incur additional costs for breakdowns or equipment wear.
What does the initial setup include?
Our Technical Team takes care of configuring the application for your community: creating common areas, setting up calendars, schedules, and booking rules according to your community's needs.
How do in-app payments work?
With the payment solution, the app automatically handles charging residents when they make bookings. You just need to check the daily revenue generated by your facilities.
What do I need for automatic door opening?
The home automation solution requires specific hardware components (electromechanical locks, controllers). With All-Inclusive, the hardware is included in the monthly fee with no upfront payment.
Can I pay for the hardware upfront instead of All-Inclusive?
Yes. If your community prefers to purchase the hardware upfront and pay an annual subscription, contact us via WhatsApp or phone and we will prepare a custom quote.
